Thanks to Thomsomfeld. Don't think this unit served in the Americas but it's interesting nonetheless.

    Indeed they served... not a lot, but there was a colonial company of 108 men in Quebec during the FIW, and I seem to remember there was another in Louisbourg.
    I'm sur you should be pleased to know it even exists a reenacting company of them :
