This looks like being a well-researched and executed range that will set the bench-mark for the French and Indian wars. It's about time someone did some decent Miliciens - they're not an easy force to find out about - the only mainstream book on the subject The Equipment of New France Militia, 1740-1760 by Steve Delisle went out of print and now commands high prices.
