The last time I thought about the French and Indian war as a reenactment project I was going to do Languedoc in the special uniform that was issued by the Ministry of Marine which in their case was identical to the usual one apart from the lack of a collar. Their grenadier company was captured on the voyage to North America so had to - like de la Reine - create a new one. Both de la Reine (in white and red) and Languedoc were at the Battle of Lake George. Image from here
