This is from the mid-90s when we used to hire a wood in Wales for the weekend for about a tenner each and skirmish and camp and laugh away from any public interest. This is one of the first French group photos - I am in the white coat at the end. If you are wondering what the bearskins are about they were the Corps de Cavalarie who lasted just one weekend before changing into another unit after an outcry about dismounted cavalry and so on. Good times
