Tecumseh
The best reconstructions I've seen of the time of Tecumseh is Richard Hook's illustrations for Jason Hook's 'Tecumseh visonary chief of the Shawnee' which I think also appeared in a compendium 'Indian Warrior Chiefs'. Although ostensibly a children's book the quality of the artwork and so forth make this quite an essential book for the Tecumsehphile.
