You can now compare the 56 version with the Michael Mann one - I think the 90s script was based on this one so it should be fairly similar.

ReplyDeleteDated, but still of some value. Interesting to view the squaws sharpening sticks to probe Hawkeye's genitals while he's at the torture stake. The 90's version rather skipped over the torture bit didn't it? (Mustn't offend !). Daring film-making for those days !
