The 250th anniversary of the battle of White Plains is nearly upon us! This weekend not only will over 1500 revolutionary war reenactors converge for the largest event in decades, but the German Auxiliaries will have historic turnout as well! We are excited to have such dedicated people, many of whom are travelling over a thousand miles to participate. So come to the Ward Pound Ridge Reservation this weekend and see a Hessian style camp, uniquely German maneuvers and tactics, and of course the uphill flanking attack by the Germans that won the battle for the Crown forces that day!
