Maps of the French and Indian Wars


This is a great site with lots of interesting details. My favourite is Blodget's Battle of Lake George 1755 picture with its fascinating descriptions of the action. This description of Canadians and Indians is an insight - see how the idea of using shrubbery for cover was something very novel to his eyes.
